Welcome to the official digital platform of the Interact Club of CPS, Rudrapur. This website is operated by the student council of the Interact Club, under the guidance of the Rotary Club of Rudrapur and Columbus Public School administration.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By logging in to this website using your Google Account, accessing any material, or using any features (such as Polls, Ideas, or Event Registration), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and members who access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

Access to certain features of this website is restricted. To be eligible for full membership access, you must meet one of the following criteria:

• Current Student: A bona fide student of Columbus Public School, Rudrapur.
• Alumni: A former student of CPS involved in alumni activities.
• Rotarian/Advisor: A member of the sponsoring Rotary Club or a Faculty Advisor.

The Club Administration reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be created by unauthorized individuals may be suspended or deleted without notice.

3. Code of Conduct

We expect all members to uphold the Four-Way Test of Rotary International in their digital interactions. When using features like "Ideas," "Polls," or "Comments," you agree NOT to:

• Bully or Harass: Post content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or promotes hate speech against any individual or group.
• Spam: Post repetitive messages, unauthorized advertisements, or irrelevant content.
• Misuse Features: Manipulate poll results, submit fake event registrations, or attempt to disrupt the website's functionality.
• Impersonate: Pretend to be another student, teacher, or club officer.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any user found engaging in cyberbullying, hate speech, or malicious activities will face an immediate ban from the website and may be reported to the School Disciplinary Committee.

4. Intellectual Property

• Club Content: All content created by the club, including blog posts, event reports, newsletters, and gallery images, is the property of the Interact Club of CPS.
• Trademarks: The "Interact" name and logo are trademarks of Rotary International. The "Columbus Public School" name and logo are the property of the school administration. You may not use these logos for personal gain or unauthorized merchandise.
• User Content: By submitting ideas or comments, you grant the club a non-exclusive license to use, display, and share that content for club purposes.

5. Termination & Suspension

The Club Administration (President, Secretary, and Faculty Advisor) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Revoke Membership: Cancel your digital membership if you violate school policies or these Terms.
• Ban Access: Permanently or temporarily block your access to the website without prior notice.
• Remove Content: Delete any post, idea, or comment that violates our Code of Conduct.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• "As Is" Basis: This website is a student-run project provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Voluntary Participation: Participation in events listed on this website is voluntary. The Interact Club and its student officers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages occurring during off-campus voluntary events, except where explicitly covered by school policy.
• Technical Errors: We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from technical glitches, server outages, or unauthorized access.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttarakhand, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the school administration and local authorities in Rudrapur.
